Trexon Acquires Greco Developments Ltd.
Strategic Acquisition Expands Trexon’s Subsea Portfolio

Boston, MA – May 21st, 2025 – Trexon, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and a leading provider of specialty connectivity solutions for mission-critical applications, announced today that it completed the acquisition of Greco Developments Ltd. Headquartered in Aberdeen Scotland, Greco Developments specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of subsea connectivity solutions in the marine, commercial diving, remotely operated vehicle (ROV), renewables, and oil and gas markets. Terms of the deal are not disclosed.

This acquisition underscores Trexon’s intention to broaden its footprint in the subsea domain and compliments its existing subsea businesses: CRE Marine and Hydro Group. Following the acquisition, Greco Developments will be partnering with CRE Marine on a going-forward basis.
