Amphenol Corporation to Acquire Trexon

Boston, MA, August 18, 2025 – Trexon, a leading designer and manufacturer of custom interconnect solutions for mission-critical applications, announced today that Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) has agreed to acquire Trexon from Audax Private Equity. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
